When will my product be shipped for my purchases?

Your purchased products are delivered to cargo within 2 working days. In order for your order to be approved, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order. Approved orders are delivered to cargo within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the next business day.

Pre-Order products, on the other hand, are delivered to the cargo within 2 working days following the time specified as the delivery date on the sales page of the relevant product. Your cargo tracking number for the products sent is notified to you when your package is on its way.

All domestic shipments are covered by free shipping.

Orders placed from abroad will be delivered between 4 and 14 working days, and the prices seen on mybestfriends.com.tr/en include international shipping costs and customs taxes. There may be additional fees determined by the country you are in and MYBESTFRIENDS is not responsible for.

 

Is same day delivery service available?

Same day delivery is only valid for Istanbul for now. Same day delivery option is valid for orders placed before 12:00. There is no delivery on Sundays. Same day delivery orders cannot be canceled, return and exchange conditions are the same as standard shipping. Service fee is 200TL. If you return your order, the service fee is non-refundable.

 

I received my cargo with same day delivery, how should I return it?

You can return your order with UPS Cargo. You can request cargo pickup from your address by calling UPS Cargo customer service. You can send the product to us by delivering the product to UPS Cargo with the V3491R agreement code. Do not forget to fill in the "Return and Exchange Form" sent with your cargo, write your request and send it together with the product. It is important that the packaging is careful before shipping so that the package does not get damaged.

 

Which shipping company do you work with? Is shipping fee charged?

Your orders will be delivered by UPS Cargo. You will not pay a shipping fee for your purchases from Mybestfriends.com.tr.
